My name is Steve Luibrand, and I am an adventurer, runner, writer, and martial artist. Recently I graduated college with a B.S. in Kinesiology emphasizing in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health. I have always been fascinated with human potential, which is why I chose my specific degree, and why I started this blog. A few other interests I pursue are psychology, martial arts, guitar music, personal development, philosophy, and lifestyle design. I am a citizen of the universe; cosmopolitan in the most literal sense. Recently I have found myself living with family in the desert of the American southwest, taking my Dual Sport motorcycle and mountain bike on exploratory adventures. Currently my favorite activities are reading, riding, and traveling, not to mention breaking bread with interesting and amazing people.
